Founded in 2021, Pacific Horizon Community Foundation was established by a group of volunteers, educators, and environmental advocates committed to supporting underserved coastal communities throughout the Pacific region.
To empower communities through education, sustainability, and environmental stewardship while creating long-term positive impact across island and coastal regions. A future where every coastal community has access to education, clean environments, and sustainable opportunities for growth.
